The list of things we're not allowed to say is getting long.  Honestly, I'm not sure what is and isn't PC anymore.  And, I don't know about you, but growing up my parents encouraged passionate debates and open conversation.   Especially those topics, like politics, race, and religion.  Remind me, why they are taboo again?  Is it just because people are passionate about them? My parents encouraged these types of debates for a couple of reasons.  The main one being that, they wanted to educate and empower me.   But, they also believed they would be the most important conversations I would have in my life.  And, guess...

"Lately, there seems to be nothing, but sad and depressing stories on the news and in social media.  I thought I would share, what I consider an incredible story with you. As many of you know,  I have been remodeling a number of properties in the downtown Columbus area.  While "gutting" on of my properties, one of my workers mentioned that he found a couple of old books lodged inside one of the walls. Throughout her 15 years in youth ministry, Pam Lozano has heard countless stories from teen girls about their lives. Some of these teen girls came from amazing homes and supportive families, yet still faced normal teenage challenges of insecurity and self-image issues. But, what they all seemed to have in common---...
